SHIPPING POLICY

After you place your order, we process and pack within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it’s ready to head out to its final destination.

We ship via the US Postal Service. You’ll be able to track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at its final destination.

In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add our processing time to your calculation.

NIUNIU'S SHOP GUARANTEE

We test ALL of our products at many points of the supply chain and we completely guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship.  If anything is wrong with your NiuNiu's Shop products, we will do everything to make it right.

The guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:

• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
