Niuniu’s Shop is named after my beloved Samoyed, Niuniu, a food-loving and adorable pup. Originally, I wanted to name her Ponyo, inspired by Studio Ghibli’s Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea, but over time, I naturally started calling her "Niuniu"—a name in Chinese that signifies the most cherished little princess in the family.
Niuniu is a true foodie, and I always wanted her to enjoy the best treats from around the world—not just those available in the U.S., but premium pet products from different countries. However, a frustrating shopping experience made me realize how unbearable long pre-order waiting times could be. I wanted Niuniu to enjoy her treats immediately, and I knew other pet owners would feel the same way.
Thus, Niuniu’s Shop was born!
